UK, USA and International Standard Shipping: For orders shipping to the USA and other international destinations, delivery usually takes about 10 to 12 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. While we do our best to get your order to you on time, we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date or time. If you’re not home, packages can be left in a secure spot.
Once your order ships, please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to update. We work with reliable couriers to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
Deliveries to Remote Areas: If you’re in a remote or hard-to-reach location outside the USA, delivery might take a little longer. However, we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 business days from the time of dispatch.
Customized or Personalized Items: If you’ve ordered something customized or personalized, it might take a bit longer to dispatch. We’ll give you an estimated delivery time during checkout, but keep in mind that exact delivery dates aren’t guaranteed.
Express Shipping: We don’t currently offer 1-day express shipping for international orders, including those to the USA. However, for non-customized items, express shipping is available, and delivery usually happens within 3 to 4 business days.
