1.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a minor under the age of 18 without consent from a legal guardian. If you are under 18, ensure that your parent or legal guardian is aware of and agrees to your purchase. “Non-WRESTLING CHAMPIONS Countries” refers to any other country or territory outside the fiscal (VAT) area of the Wrestling Champions Community, including the USA and other international regions.
“Order” has the meaning provided in Clause 4.1 (When is your order placed) below.
“Personal Information” means the details you provide during registration and/or when purchasing a Product on the Website.
“Product” refers to any item displayed for sale on the Website.
“Product Description” refers to the section of the Website where specific Terms and Conditions for individual Products are outlined.

Where do I find Product information?
3.1 Each Product purchased is subject to its Product Description on its product page, which may include additional terms related to the Product, such as estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service, and applicable guarantees.
3.2 Please note that Product Descriptions may vary based on your country and delivery location. We cannot guarantee the availability of all Products for international delivery to every country.
How is a Contract formed between us?
4.1 The steps required to form a contract between you and us are as follows:
4.1.1 When is your order placed? You place the order for your Products on the Website by following the prompts and clicking the “Buy Now” button at the end of the checkout process. Clicking this button constitutes an “Order.”
4.1.2 How much is the cost of delivery and handling? The delivery charge will be displayed during the order process before you complete your Order, and you confirm your consent to this charge upon submission. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in addition to delivery costs, which you also confirm upon submission of your Order.
4.1.3 How can I review my Order? You will have the opportunity to review your Order and make any necessary amendments before finalizing it.
4.1.4 How will we confirm your Order? We will send you an Order confirmation email detailing the Products you have ordered.
4.1.5 What Products will you deliver? Your contract for delivery relates only to those Products confirmed in the order confirmation email. We are not obligated to deliver any additional Products that may have been part of your Order unless confirmed in an order confirmation email.
4.1.6 How will I know when my Products have been dispatched? We will notify you by email when your Products are dispatched. If you ordered multiple Products, please note that they may be delivered separately.
4.1.7 When is my Order accepted by Fanatics? Order acceptance and completion of our Contract occur when you receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we accept your Order, or if you have canceled it according to Clause 5.
4.1.8 When is payment for the Products taken? Your credit/debit card will be charged once your order is confirmed.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel your Order for any reason, including but not limited to:
The product you ordered is out of stock.
We cannot obtain authorization for your payment.
A pricing or Product description error has been identified.
We believe you may intend to resell the Product.
You do not comply with these Terms and Conditions (e.g., if you are under 18 and we have not received consent from a legal guardian).
Your statutory right to cancel
5.1 You have the following cancellation rights when purchasing online:
5.1.1 You may cancel your Contract (your entire Order) within fourteen (14) days after receiving the Products.
5.1.2 You have an additional right to return individual Products or your entire Order within ninety (90) days after dispatch. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and labels.
5.1.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing, including your name, geographical address, details of the Order you wish to cancel, and your contact information.
5.1.4 If you decide to cancel, return the Products at your expense within thirty (30) days. We will reimburse you (using the same payment method) for the cost of the returned Products, including the cost of standard delivery, except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option.
5.1.5 We may deduct from the reimbursement for any loss in value of goods if this loss results from unnecessary handling by you.
5.1.6 Reimbursements will be processed no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned goods.
5.2 You may also cancel your order if the Products are damaged, faulty, or not as described, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs. Please see Clause 7 for more details.
How do I change, cancel, or return an Order?
6.1 Except as provided in Clause 5, changes to your Order cannot be made after placement. If you wish to add Products, please place a new Order for those items.
6.2 If you need to change your delivery address, remove Products from your Order, or cancel it completely, please contact our customer service team using the details provided above.
What if the Products are damaged or faulty?
7.1 If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may cancel the Order. We will reimburse you for the cost of the Products, delivery charges, handling fees, and reasonable return costs within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned Products.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions, including this clause, are in addition to any statutory rights and remedies you have under local laws.
When will the Products be delivered?
8.1 Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary based on destination, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within thirty (30) days from contract conclusion. If your Order is dispatched but not received within the estimated time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
8.2 Depending on stock availability, we may deliver your Order in separate shipments at no extra charge. Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including material shortages or customs-related processes.
8.3 If delays occur outside of our control, we will do our best to keep you informed. Time is not of the essence for delivery, but you will retain all statutory rights provided by applicable laws.
What is the charge for delivery and handling?
9.1 Our Website will confirm charges for delivery and handling before you place your Order.
9.2 If you decline the delivery and/or handling charges, you will be unable to place an Order.

12.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.
12.2 We will not be liable for losses related to your business or any indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of placing your Order.
